Owen Sound Ledgerock Ltd., often called Ledgerock, is a limestone extraction and stone cutting company. Established in 1958, Ledgerock is one of the most complete quarrying and fabricating companies in North America. The company currently operates four quarries in Southwestern Ontario which yield some of the world’s most spectacular limestone. Ledgerock is the leading producer of Eramosa Marble / Limestone, Algonquin Limestone, Hope Bay Limestone and Mara Limestone products.
For more than sixty years, Ledgerock has supplied stone throughout the world for a wide array of commercial, residential and landscaping projects. The company’s state-of-the-art facilities combined with our technical drafting and project management expertise allows us to undertake any size of project.

History
Established in 1958
Owen Sound Ledgerock Limited was founded in 1958 by brothers Harold and Ralph Stobbe as a way to provide material for their home building business. As time went on, demand for stone increased to the point that Ledgerock became the sole business focus for the brothers.
Today, Owen Sound Ledgerock is seeing the third generation involved in the family run business. The company has evolved from making basic flagstone and split faced products to custom-cut carvings and everything in between. Using modern CNC technology and the latest in software and cutting-edge sawing systems, Owen Sound Ledgerock can make the stonework of your dreams a reality.

The head office of Owen Sound Ledgerock Limited is located where quarrying first started in 1958. The quarry has been expanded and modernized over the years, with building additions, quarry expansions, and numerous machinery upgrades.
Our head office location is home to our dealer sales office, custom and architectural drafting department, finance department, and the majority of the company’s manufacturing.

Owen Sound Ledgerock Factory Outlet is the location for all retail sales. Our Factory Outlet is well stocked with many different types of stone for various applications. It is where customers can find sawn and natural flagstone for patios and walkways, split face material to build retaining or building walls, and sawn and polished tiles and slabs for various interior applications.
If your required material is not in stock, custom cut material can be ordered with our sales associates.
